Every Velvet Hour order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, no branding, nothing that reveals the contents.
Processing: orders are processed the same day they're placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping cost: $8 flat-rate standard shipping, free on orders of $59 or more. Always shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & Replacements
The Velvet Hour Promise: tell us within 30 days of delivery and choose a replacement or full store credit; you will not be asked to ship anything back.

Try your order for up to 30 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full store credit — your choice. For hygiene and safety, used items are never returned or resold, so we will not ask you to ship a used product back. Defective items are covered the same way: replacement or store credit, no return shipping. Unused items in sealed packaging can still be returned for a refund within 30 days as described above.
